Wedding Wednesday: Group Formals

I know this isn't the most exciting thing to read on a blog when you don't know any of the wedding party, but I couldn't leave off a post of the group formals.

I have to mention this: in the morning it poured as I stared out the window getting my makeup done. Thankfully that stopped...but our reception was on the beach and it was crazy windy. You can see dresses and hair flying around in a lot of the pictures. You can also see my hair go from curly to straight... My hair doesn't like to hold a curl, so the wind really did a number on it. Also I was freezing and I feel like in some of the pictures with our families (towards the end of the group formals) my smile looks forced because of it. :(

With the bridesmaids and groomsmen!

All of the siblings!

 With Michael's sisters and parents!

With my family! (I have two brothers, one [step] sister, a sister-in-law, and my sister's boyfriend, my mom, and both of my dads [step & biological] in case you can't figure it out.)

I'm linking up with Macy for Wedding Wednesday.

  2. I just love your dress so much!

There was a huge thunderstorm the morning of my brothers wedding - the bottom of my mint bridesmaid dress is now brown from mud haha. It was +40 with humidity that day - thank goodness the wind cooled us off a bit but it also means that in most of the pictures our hair and dresses are blowing everwhere!

  5. Look at the trees! They are sideways...
I guess there wasn't an indoor place or somewhere that blocked the wind? WOW... that looks crazy! :) I'm sure it just adds to the memories of your wedding day.

  15. I love all the girls in different dresses but the same shade! I always think that look so nice but then allows the girls to show their personality a bit. Adorable photos. I especially love the silly one of everybody!

  23. If there's ever a NW looking beach area- this is IT! So pretty!! I long thought Cannon Beach would be the most gorgeous place to wed (esp. since it's one of my favorite places in the world) but the weather is so testy! This is gorgeous.
